Wellness disclaimer

VBowls is not medical care.

VScore, VFit, vMind, Vennie, coaching, food suggestions, challenges, and connected-health summaries are educational wellness tools, not clinical services.

Effective 3 July 2026

No diagnosis or treatment

VBowls does not diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure disease and does not replace a physician, dietitian, mental-health professional, or other licensed provider. Scores and recommendations are estimates based on the information available.

Speak with a professional

Consult a qualified professional before changing diet, exercise, fasting, medication, or supplements—especially if you are pregnant, under medical care, have allergies, an eating disorder, a chronic condition, pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.

Food and allergens

Always check the current package label and ingredient list. Manufacturing and recipes can change. If you have a severe allergy or dietary restriction, confirm suitability directly before consumption.

Connected health data

Device readings can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. VBowls imports selected daily aggregates only and must not be used to monitor emergencies or make medication decisions.

vMind limits

  • vMind does not detect, predict, diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure depression, anxiety, burnout, brain fog, executive dysfunction, or any other condition.
  • Mood and energy check-ins, typing summaries, and routine reflections may be incomplete or not match your experience. They must not be used to make medical, medication, employment, insurance, or emergency decisions.
  • Journal entries, safety plans, and coach summaries are not continuously monitored. vMind and VBowls coaches cannot contact emergency help for you.

Meditation, breathing, and movement

Meditation and mindfulness do not feel helpful or safe for everyone. All vMind practices are optional and skippable. Keep your eyes open if that feels steadier, breathe normally, avoid painful movement, and stop if a practice causes dizziness, discomfort, distress, or feels harder. Choose a grounding alternative or seek qualified support when appropriate.

Emergency help

  • Do not use VBowls, Vennie, WhatsApp, vMind journals, reminders, or coaching messages for emergencies.
  • If you may harm yourself or someone else, or have severe or sudden symptoms, contact local emergency services immediately.
