The terms for using VBowls.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate information, and tell us promptly about unauthorized account activity.

Shopify is the checkout and order system for physical products. Product availability, final price, currency, taxes, delivery charges, and payment methods are confirmed at checkout. India is the initial sales market; other markets are available only when explicitly shown.

VFit is a recurring digital wellness membership billed through Stripe. The checkout page states the plan, billing interval, amount, and currency before purchase. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Plan changes, cancellation, payment failure, and access timing follow the terms shown at checkout and our refund and cancellation policy.

VScore, VFit, vMind, food suggestions, AI assistance, coaching, and health-device summaries provide general wellness information. They are not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, or emergency services. Review the wellness disclaimer before using these features.

• vMind is an adult general-wellness feature available only to eligible active or grace-period Pro and Elite members. Support Now resources remain public.
• Check-ins, routine reflections, typing summaries, and tool suggestions are personal wellness aids. They do not identify, predict, diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure a mental-health condition.
• Journal entries and passive summaries are not monitored. vMind cannot contact emergency help for you. The coach queue is asynchronous and must not be used for urgent or emergency support.
• You choose whether to share a redacted summary. A share never gives a coach or administrator access to the underlying journal, safety plan, typing summary, or private record.

• Do not misuse accounts, interfere with the service, probe security, automate abusive traffic, or submit unlawful content.
• Do not impersonate others or publish another person's private or health information.
• You retain ownership of content you submit and grant VBowls permission to securely store and process it only as needed to operate the selected feature. Private vMind content is not licensed for public display.

vPoints, referral rewards, challenges, prizes, and promotional benefits have no cash value unless expressly stated. Eligibility, expiry, limits, and verification requirements may apply. Fraudulent or reversed transactions can result in corresponding reward reversals.

We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these terms prospectively and will post a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VBowls is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party services, or outcomes caused by inaccurate user inputs. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
