The terms for using VBowls.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate information, and tell us promptly about unauthorized account activity.

Digital wellness services are intended for global availability, subject to local laws, platform rules, supported payments and feature availability. A feature or purchase shown in one country may not be available in another. Do not use the services where prohibited. This does not expand physical delivery beyond the markets offered at checkout.

Our checkout and order system handles physical products. Product availability, final price, currency, taxes, delivery charges, and payment methods are confirmed at checkout. India is the initial sales market; other markets are available only when explicitly shown.

• The purchase screen states the available benefits, price, currency, billing interval and any trial before you confirm. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled under the payment provider’s terms.
• Website memberships may use Stripe. Eligible digital purchases in the iOS and Android apps use Apple App Store or Google Play billing, unless an applicable authorized billing program is explicitly offered. Availability varies by platform and country.
• Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in your Apple account and Google subscriptions in Google Play. Use the website billing controls for website subscriptions. Refund requests for store purchases follow the applicable store’s process and consumer rights; website purchases follow our refund and cancellation policy.
• Use Restore app purchases while signed in to the original VBowls account to restore eligible store access. Cancelling renewal normally preserves access until the paid period ends, subject to refunds, revocation or provider decisions.
• Deleting your VBowls account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel it separately in your store settings. Physical products have their own checkout, delivery and refund terms.

External AI features require a separate permission described in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw it in Privacy & agreements. AI output may be inaccurate; review it before acting. VScore calculation and standard account features do not require this permission.

VScore, VFit, vMind, food suggestions, AI assistance, coaching, and health-device summaries provide general wellness information. They are not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, or emergency services. Review the wellness disclaimer before using these features.

• vMind is an adult general-wellness feature available only to eligible active or grace-period Pro and Elite members. Support Now resources remain public.
• Check-ins, routine reflections, typing summaries, and tool suggestions are personal wellness aids. They do not identify, predict, diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure a mental-health condition.
• Journal entries and passive summaries are not monitored. vMind cannot contact emergency help for you. The coach queue is asynchronous and must not be used for urgent or emergency support.
• You choose whether to share a redacted summary. A share never gives a coach or administrator access to the underlying journal, safety plan, typing summary, or private record.

• Do not misuse accounts, interfere with the service, probe security, automate abusive traffic, or submit unlawful content.
• Do not impersonate others or publish another person's private or health information.
• You retain ownership of content you submit and grant VBowls permission to securely store and process it only as needed to operate the selected feature. Private vMind content is not licensed for public display.

Before creating posts, comments or photos, accept the Community Rules. Objectionable content, harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, exploitation, scams and dangerous medical advice are prohibited. Submissions are reviewed before publication. We may reject or remove content and restrict abusive accounts. Report content or block a member from VTribe, or contact contact@vbowls.com to report abuse or appeal a moderation decision.

vPoints, referral rewards, challenges, prizes, and promotional benefits have no cash value unless expressly stated. Eligibility, expiry, limits, and verification requirements may apply. Fraudulent or reversed transactions can result in corresponding reward reversals.

We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these terms prospectively and will post a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VBowls is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party services, or outcomes caused by inaccurate user inputs. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
