Refunds and cancellation

Clear rules for orders and memberships.

Your statutory consumer rights remain available. This policy explains the standard VBowls process when no stronger right applies.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing physical products

Contact hello@vbowls.com promptly after delivery with the order number and clear photos where relevant. We will review eligible claims and may replace the item, issue store credit, or refund the affected amount through Shopify.

Food safety and change-of-mind returns

For safety and hygiene, opened food and perishable goods cannot normally be returned for a change of mind. Unopened non-perishable items may be eligible where the product page or checkout states a return option. Do not return an item until support provides instructions.

Order cancellation

Physical orders can be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Submit the request as soon as possible. Once an order is packed or dispatched, the applicable return process and any non-recoverable delivery costs apply.

VFit membership cancellation

You can cancel VFit from the membership account page. Unless checkout states otherwise, access continues through the paid period and future renewals stop. Deleting the app or stopping use does not cancel billing.

VFit refunds

Completed membership periods are not automatically prorated. Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, service failures, and requests covered by mandatory law are reviewed individually. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method.

Processing time

VBowls can approve a refund before the bank or payment provider posts it. Display time depends on Shopify, Stripe, the payment method, and your financial institution.
