Make snack time count

A small window
for more variety.

Meals do most of the work. Thoughtful snacks can complement them — without making every bite a battle.

Add to their day

Use a snack break to offer variety between meals, rather than replacing lunch or dinner.

Invite, don’t insist

Offer a small, suitable portion. Let them explore the taste and decide how much they want.

Make the routine easier

Once they find a favourite, a stocked pantry can make the next snack decision simpler.

Before you share

You deserve the details.

Taste matters to them. What’s inside — and how to serve it — matters to you.

Nuts, milk & school lunchboxes

Both flavours contain tree nuts. Cheese seasonings may contain milk. Check the final flavour-specific ingredient, allergen and cross-contact label before serving.

Follow your school’s allergy policy; these mixes are not for a nut-free lunchbox.

Sugar, salt & nutrition

We’ll share tested nutrition, including protein, sugars and sodium, before launch. Until then, we’re not making high-protein, no-added-sugar, low-salt or nutrient-gap claims for these products.

A pack is not a child’s portion

An 80g pack is a pack size. Serve an amount suited to your child’s appetite, age and chewing ability, alongside a varied diet. There is no need to finish the bag.

Parent to parent

The questions behind
the snack choice.

Can a snack help with nutrition gaps?

Snack time is another opportunity to offer variety between meals. Pair age-appropriate snacks with foods such as fruit or plain yogurt that suit your child. VCrunch is not a complete meal or a treatment for a nutrient deficiency; its flavour-specific nutrition will be shared after testing. If you’re worried about a persistent nutrition gap, speak with your child’s pediatrician or dietitian.

Will my picky eater like it?

Brain Boost has a savoury Pizza Cheese flavour with a slightly sweet finish. Growth Hacker is Golden Cheese with fruit in the mix. Let your child choose between the two and start with a small, age-appropriate amount. Every child has different preferences; there’s no pressure to finish a pack.

Is it suitable for every age?

Suitability depends on the final texture, ingredients and your child’s chewing ability. Nuts, seeds and dried fruit can be choking hazards for babies and young children. Do not offer a crunchy mix to a child who cannot safely chew it. Keep children seated and supervise eating. Final age and serving guidance will be available before launch.

What about nuts, milk and school rules?

Both flavours contain tree nuts, and the cheese seasonings may contain milk. Complete ingredients, allergen and cross-contact information are being confirmed. Check the final label against your child’s allergies and your school’s food policy. These mixes are not an option for a nut-free lunchbox.

How much sugar, salt or protein is in it?

Tested nutrition for each flavour will be published before launch, including protein, total and added sugars, and sodium. We’re not claiming no added sugar, low salt, high protein or a specific vitamin or mineral amount before those details are confirmed. Dried fruit in the mix does not make it a replacement for fresh fruit.

Does Brain Boost improve learning, or Growth Hacker increase height?

These are flavour names, not promises of improved concentration, intelligence, growth or height. A varied diet, regular meals and your child’s individual needs matter. The names do not establish a nutritional or developmental benefit.

Is an 80g pack one child’s serving?

80g is the pack weight, not a recommended portion for a child. Choose an amount suited to your child’s age, appetite and chewing ability. Offer it between meals and follow the final pack’s storage instructions for any remainder.

Can I order or subscribe now?
